Thrive Together is a consultation for small-medium business teams, designed to improve cohesiveness, productivity, communication, & collaboration. In Thrive Together, we start with Human Design as the foundational tool that allows each team member (including the manager) to learn more about themselves, their skills, working style, and communication style. We then bring this information into the team space, to allow team members to understand each other better as well. From there, strategies are put in place to integrate and incorporate the Human Design information while simultaneously addressing and resolving any trouble areas within the team's existing dynamic. Additionally, team managers are provided with separate training to learn how best to lead their team members from the Human Design lens and Intentional Leadership principles.
